Requests can include a store ID so staff only see redeemables valid for that outlet. - Redeem in the checkout flow: Supports fixed-amount and percentage discounts, plus item-level amount/percentage redemptions; tender-style voucher (after tax/service) is also supported-clear, flexible redemption at the counter. - Automatic points issuance: After the sale completes, Raptor submits the transaction and Eber issues points based on your rules; totals (tax, service charge, discount) can be included for accurate earn. - Clean voids & refunds: If a sale is voided, Eber reverses the points and reverts any redeemed rewards tied to that transaction-balances stay fair without manual fixes. - Optional point conversion: Where enabled, the POS can fetch point-conversion options and perform a conversion in real time.
