What is a member?
Any contacts added into your Eber account is counted as a member.
What is Eber StoreApp?
Eber StoreApp is our tablet app which allows you to perform member operations in your physical store front. For example, acquiring new members, award points/stamps and perform reward redemptions.
Do I need a tablet to use Eber?
If you have a physical store, we recommend you to have a tablet to be placed at your store counter, installed with Eber StoreApp. You will be able to perform and simplify a lot of member operations. However, this is not a requirement since you can still use our platform to import members and manage them.
Do you sell tablets and tablet stands?
We do not sell tablet. For tablet stand, when you become our customer, you can get it at 40% discount (exclude shipping) from our online store.
What Shopping cart integrations are available?
Shopify, WordPress and WooCommerce integration / plugins are available. Magento 1 integration is also available, please contact us for more information.
Can I import my existing members?
Yes, please contact our customer success manager once after you signup a trial account.
Can I export my members data?
Yes, we have export features for member and transactional data. In additional, our API is also available for you to integrate Eber with other system.
Is there any setup cost?
There is no setup cost for our software. You may need to get a tablet if you plan to use our StoreApp in your physical store(s).
Can I host more than 10,000 members?
Yes. You can upgrade to host up to 40,000 members. The cost is $49 per 5,000 members per month. Please contact us if you have more than 40,000 members. We like to discuss how we can serve your large member base better.
Can I use it for more than 1 store?
Yes. The cost is $99 per store per month for annual payment ($119 if pay monthly). Please contact us if you have more than 6 stores. Our team will discuss with you on how to build and run a member program for your chain store.
Can I have more than 1,000 paid members on Monetize plan?
Yes. You remove the limit with an addition $99 per month.
