Their loyalty program is very simple. Customers are required to download the app and register with their details. Whenever they dine in and spend above RM30, they are entitled to 1 Chilli. The more chillies you collect, the faster you’ll be able to redeem your rewards.
If members consistently spend RM30 and above, they are entitled to rewards on the 3rd, 6th, and 9th visit. Members will get a quarter chicken, half chicken, and whole chicken respectively.
Aside from that, members will also be the first to receive news about menu updates, loyalty member perks, events, and more.
