Our partnership with SleekFlow keeps growing
The SleekFlow loyalty integration solves a problem a lot of growing F&B and retail businesses know well: they start on WhatsApp Business because it’s simple, familiar, and free. It works well, until it doesn’t. Once a brand opens a second outlet, or a third, manually replying to every customer message and manually tracking who’s a loyal regular versus a first-timer stops being sustainable. That’s usually the exact moment a business needs two things at once: real marketing automation, and a proper loyalty program. Rarely do they have a way to get both without stitching together separate systems.
That gap is exactly what our partnership with SleekFlow is built to close. SleekFlow is the AI-powered omnichannel conversation platform trusted by over 7,000 businesses globally to unify messaging across WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook Messenger.
The idea is simple: Eber owns the loyalty layer, SleekFlow owns the conversation layer. Together, they turn everyday loyalty events (a new signup, a tier upgrade, a points redemption) into messaging that happens automatically, and feels personal. Instead of a merchant’s team manually messaging every customer milestone, the moment becomes part of the conversation automatically, on the channel their customers already use.
On the technical side, contact sync between Eber and SleekFlow has been live since the start of this year, and we’re actively expanding the integration to cover membership status, points activity, and automated triggers tied to purchases, so that loyalty and conversation stay in sync without manual work on either side.
What makes this partnership particularly exciting is how little our client bases overlap. That means this isn’t two platforms competing for the same merchants; it’s two networks that can introduce each other to genuinely new audiences.
It also reflects something both our teams are seeing on the ground: multi-outlet businesses across Malaysia, Singapore, and Hong Kong are adopting marketing automation faster than ever, as more of their operations move online. Loyalty and conversational messaging, treated as one system instead of two, is becoming less of a nice-to-have and more of a baseline expectation.
If you’re a merchant juggling loyalty and customer messaging as two separate headaches, this partnership is built with exactly that problem in mind.
